All videos, manuals, downloads, branding and course materials remain the intellectual property of Truth Beauty Academy and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised copying, sharing or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Certification
Certificates are issued only after all required assessments and case studies have been successfully completed.
Truth Beauty Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where the required standard has not been met or where full payment has not been received.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Where payment options such as Klarna or PayPal Pay in 3 are available, these services are provided solely by the third-party payment provider.
Any payment agreement is made directly between you and the payment provider. Truth Beauty Academy is not responsible for the approval, administration, collection of payments or any disputes relating to these services.
Questions regarding payment schedules, missed payments or finance agreements should be directed to the relevant payment provider.
Lifetime Access
Where lifetime access is advertised, this refers to access for as long as the course continues to be offered by Truth Beauty Academy.
The Academy reserves the right to update, modify, replace, discontinue or transfer course content to a different hosting platform where reasonably necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Course materials are provided for educational purposes only.
Truth Beauty Academy does not guarantee individual business success, income, client growth or examination outcomes and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its courses.

Once access has been granted, refunds, cancellations or partial refunds will not be provided except where required by applicable law.

Accreditation
Truth Beauty Academy courses are accredited by ABT within the United Kingdom.
Students outside the UK are responsible for checking that the qualification is recognised within their country and accepted by their chosen insurance provider before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued where accreditation or insurance requirements differ outside the UK.
